When you upload a document, it is stored temporarily on our servers solely to perform the translation. Translated files and originals are automatically deleted within 10 minutes of completion. We do not read, index, analyze, or retain the content of your documents beyond what is needed to complete your translation.

If you create an account, we store your email address and usage statistics such as word counts and translation dates. We never sell your data to third parties.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and protect against CSRF. With your consent, we may also use privacy-friendly analytics cookies that collect only aggregated, anonymous page-view data with no personal identifiers or cross-site tracking.

You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking "Manage Preferences" in the footer.

Translation is powered by the Google Gemini API. Document text is sent to Google's servers for processing, subject to Google's API data terms. We use batch submission and do not identify documents with user accounts when sending content to the API.

Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store payment card details, and payment handling occurs directly on Paddle's infrastructure.

We use privacy-friendly analytics with no personal identifiers collected.

Uploaded and translated files are deleted automatically within 10 minutes of completion.

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account unless you request deletion.

Aggregated analytics data may be retained for up to 24 months.
