1. Use of Service
DocsRTL provides AI-powered document translation. You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you upload, and you agree not to upload material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates third-party rights.
2. Free Tier
Free accounts are limited by the monthly quota shown on the site. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the free tier, automate submissions without prior agreement, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
3. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations except where required by law or in cases of service failure.
4. Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-generated translations are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. For legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical documents, we strongly recommend review by a qualified human translator before use.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files are deleted automatically within 10 minutes after translation completes. We do not claim ownership of your document content.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and UI elements of DocsRTL are the intellectual property of DocsRTL. Translation output belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your document content solely to provide the translation service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocsRTL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
