Refund Policy

1. Overview
Payments for DocsRTL subscriptions are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Paddle's terms in addition to ours. This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which we will issue refunds.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days remaining in a billing cycle after cancellation.
3. New Subscriber Refund Window
If you are dissatisfied with your first subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. This applies to the first billing period only and is limited to one refund per customer account.
4. Service Failures
If a technical failure on our part prevents your document from being translated during a paid billing period, you are entitled to a full refund of the charge for that period. Please contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the date of the failed translation.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error - for example, charged after cancellation or charged the wrong amount - contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund where appropriate.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email address, the date of the charge, and a brief description of your reason. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5 business days.
